Setting & Decor:
Your guests will enter your venue and see the formal tablecloths, napkins, and chair covers along with a backdrop of Mumbai scenery and immediately be immersed. We can arrange for low tables that allow for pillow seating so your guests will get the full experience of a Bollywood meal. We can put a logo on certain items at the venue and even have a special giveaway for your guests. If you have a specific item in mind for the giveaway, just let us know.

Around the Bar:
We can provide a drink station for the venue if there isn’t one readily available, or we will accent an existing bar with lighted stars, and intricate Indian decor to give the space an authentic Bollywood look. We will provide a bartender to serve your drinks to you and your guests and can arrange for specialty drink wear to serve them in. O’Brien Productions can even help you create a signature cocktail for your event.

Entertainment:
A Disc Jockey can be provided to play dance music, top hits, and popular Bollywood music. He will invite guests to participate and give any party announcements. On the Stage will be a beaded curtain in vibrant colors. O’Brien Productions has talented Henna Tattoo Artists to give guests an authentic henna design. This is a great way to allow guests to feel a part of the Bollywood culture and have something beautiful to wear home. A Live Band can be provided to play classic tunes and modern Bollywood hits for the audience throughout the night. Professional Bollywood Dancers can perform traditional Indian dances and teach some moves to your guests so they can follow along and join in.

Catering:
We have a large variety of different meal options that will work for any budget. You can choose to have American fare, or traditional Indian dishes like spicy curries. Once food and drink selections are finalized, O’Brien Productions will coordinate all the details so your meal will be ready for your event.

Photography Area:
Having a photo booth at your next event is a great way to commemorate the night. We will provide a beautiful backdrop of Indian landscapes and have colorful sarees for women to wear for the picture. You can create a classic 4 photo print or use a digital photo booth which creates larger prints for you and your guests.

Staff:
O’Brien Productions will not only help you in the design process to play your event, but will also provide all professional entertainment, handle all set up and tear down, and have an event supervisor on site to ensure that your event runs smoothly. We have all professional staff, as we do not hire volunteers. Our team will handle all the details so you and your guests can enjoy the party.
