Catering Menus

Our experienced event design managers meet with you to understand exactly what you want to celebrate, what your goals are, discuss your budget, help you choose the right menu, and design a memorable experience for your organization. We know how to set the mood and ambiance with the right types of food, music, entertainment, and activities, as well as, add the special touches that make your event special. Finally, we fully set-up and take-down all the tables, equipment, and decor after your celebration is over.

Menu planning is very important. Each event is different, as is each menu, and your menu will be customized to enhance your event and to satisfy each guest. O’Brien Productions will work closely with you to identify the overall dining experience you want for your guests. This includes the specific foods, flavors, presentation, and seating options that are important to you. We will also want to discuss the possibility of any guest’s dietary restrictions, allergies, or special needs (ex., vegetarian options, gluten free options). It’s important that each guest has menu options they can enjoy.
